Our focus on quality begins before a customer order is ever manufactured. At BIO-CAT, quality starts with our employees. We put an emphasis on proper training and continued education, ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Personal success equals company success.

We offer our own in-house QC laboratory, staffed with well-trained, experienced biochemists, along with over 40 years of combined employee experience in our QA and Compliance departments. Together these teams monitor all aspects of the operation, from the building and facility to the employees and training needs, as well as through multiple reviews of every product, beginning to end. Nothing leaves our facility without approval from these areas.

With quality and safety at the forefront of our operations, you will find that both BIO-CAT and BIO-CAT Microbials carry a number of certifications and registrations that emphasize compliance.

In Virginia, BIO-CAT remains focused on custom enzyme blends suited to fulfill each client’s specific needs. In Minnesota, BIO-CAT Microbials is developing new and improved strains of bacteria that will bridge product gaps in the current market.

Both facilities are registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and undergo regular audits to maintain good standing. Our companies have also received third-party certification for food safety and good manufacturing practices.
